Casa Balau is a place for slow mornings, shared meals and time spent together. Its generous living spaces make it easy to gather as a group, while still offering quiet corners to retreat to with a book or simply enjoy the view.
Whether spending an afternoon by the pool or enjoying a lively evening of games, the house has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home.

Casa Balau accommodates up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms and five bathrooms.

A spacious kitchen, separate dining room, living room and entertainment room. There is also a laundry room and a private sauna.First floor
Seven air conditioned bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms. The remaining five bedrooms share three additional bathrooms.Comfort
All bedrooms have Emma mattresses, duvets and bed linen. Bath towels and pool towels are provided. Three baby cots and high chairs are available for younger guests. -
The outdoor spaces are designed for spending much of the day outside, from breakfast in the shade to dinner beneath the pergola.

The village is just an 8 minute drive away, with a lovely pasticceria for your morning cappuccino and brioche, a wine bar, a weekly market and local restaurants. The surrounding hills are dotted with wineries and places to enjoy the region’s food and wine.
Asti and Alba are both within easy driving distance, max. 30 minutes, making Casa Balau a wonderful base for exploring southern Piemonte. With a supermarket just 5 minutes away, everything you need is close at hand. And if you’d rather spend your days enjoying the house, garden and pool, we completely understand.
