Cascina Sernella is a spacious country home with five bedrooms, generous living spaces and warm, understated interiors designed to feel inviting and lived in.
With two kitchens, several places to gather and quieter corners to retreat to, the house offers plenty of room to enjoy time together while still finding a little space for yourself.
Outside, a long pergola opens onto the garden, swimming pool and vineyard views, with shaded seating areas, fruit trees and a productive vegetable garden.

Cascina Sernella accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, with four bathrooms and additional guest toilets.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Three bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, including a spacious principal suite with a bathtub.Two further bedrooms share a bathroom and have access to a separate toilet. These rooms form part of the self contained guest wing.
The Guest Wing
A separate living area with two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, an additional toilet and its own open plan kitchen, dining and sitting space. Ideal for families or groups who appreciate having some independence while staying together.Living Spaces
The main house offers a separate dining room, comfortable sitting room, dedicated office and a former hayloft with a fireplace. The hayloft is designed as an informal space for relaxing, reading, yoga or exercise.Additional Spaces
A pantry, laundry room, entrance wardrobe and downstairs powder room provide practical comfort throughout the stay. -

Designed to feel like home. Warm natural materials, understated interiors, carefully chosen furnishings and shelves filled with books and magazines create a welcoming atmosphere without unnecessary fuss.
Room to be together, and apart. From the generous kitchen and dining spaces to the separate guest wing and quiet office, the layout allows everyone to find their own rhythm.
A garden to spend time in. Flowers, herbs, fruit trees and a productive vegetable garden bring the seasons into everyday life, with shaded spots for reading, resting or simply enjoying the surroundings.
More than a place to sleep. The former hayloft offers an inviting place to settle in by the fire, move, stretch or enjoy a little time to yourself.

HOME
Cascina Sernella sits in the countryside just outside Nizza Monferrato, surrounded by vineyards, quiet lanes and gently rolling hills. It feels wonderfully removed from the bustle, yet the town centre is only about five minutes away by car.
Nizza is one of our favourite places to experience everyday Piemonte. Its weekly markets (+ a monthly antique market), independent shops, cafés and restaurants make it a lovely place to spend a morning, while the surrounding countryside is home to countless small wine producers.
From here, you can explore the villages of Monferrato, discover the historic wine cellars of Canelli or spend a day in the Langhe. And for those who prefer to explore at a slower pace, beautiful walks begin close to the house.
